1. How much did you prepare for the first day of school?

I started school the day I got back from vacation, so I was a bit unprepared and it was hectic.

2. Were you at all nervous for returning/beginning school at WHS?

Of course I was nervous, with a new school, new people, and really intimidating upperclassmen.

3. What do you expect this year to hold for you?

I expect to learn numerous new skills and build solid relationships with people.

4. How difficult was it getting to your classes on time (first day of school)?

It was quite difficult. I didn’t know where anything was. I was almost late to a few classes because the school was so big and I found myself walking away from my class instead of towards it.

5. What are you most excited for this year?

I’m excited for everything! Sports, clubs and all the activities.

6. What are you most apprehensive about this year?

I’m kind of apprehensive about keeping up my grades with all the extra activities I have this year.

1. How much did you prepare for the first day of school?

I bought a bunch of stuff I didn’t need, but it was super pretty and I ordered all the supplies like a week before school started, so not that much, but I didn’t procrastinate that much on summer homework.

2. Were you at all nervous for returning/beginning school at WHS?

Nope, I’m already over it.

3. What do you expect this year to hold for you?

I expect this year to hold lots of homework and tests and all my teachers saying they’re going to prepare me for junior year, or for life.

4. How difficult was it getting to your classes on time (first day of school)?

It was pretty easy because I learned where everything was last year so I was prepared.

5. What are you most excited for this year?

I’m most excited about clubs and joining 5,000 of them.

6. What are you most apprehensive about this year?

I’m most apprehensive about tests and whether I’ll have borderline grades every semester because of them.

1. How much did you prepare for the first day of school?

I went out and bought my stuff the weekend before school started, basically just a backpack, binders and pencils, the rest I usually get as my teachers ask for them.

2. Were you at all nervous for returning/beginning school at WHS?

I wasn’t nervous, I usually am looking forward to seeing people I haven’t seen all summer.

3. What do you expect this year to hold for you?

I expect this year to be my hardest, junior year is the one all the colleges look at the most, so I’m trying to take harder classes while also being a part of as many extracurriculars I can.

4. How difficult was it getting to your classes on time (first day of school)?

It wasn’t difficult, the first day is always the easiest one, it’s the days closer to the last of days school that are the hardest for me.

5. What are you most excited for this year?

I tried to join clubs that I was actually interested in instead of ones that would just look good on college apps, so I’m looking forward to those for the most part.

6. What are you most apprehensive about this year?

I’m definitely the most nervous regarding my classes. I’m taking three AP’s and I want to get A’s in all of them, so I know I’m going to have to work hard for those.

1. How much did you prepare for the first day of school?

Not much at all. I didn’t bring any supplies except my planner and a pen. The most prep I did was picking out a nice shirt.

2. Were you at all nervous for returning/beginning school at WHS?

Nope! I was actually excited, because it means I’m that much closer to graduating.

3. What do you expect this year to hold for you?

I really don’t know, it’s already been a crazy first week so the rest of the year could hold anything. I’ve learned that this school is wild and not to expect anything.

4. How difficult was it getting to your classes on time (first day of school)?

Not bad at all! All my classes are pretty close together this year.

5. What are you most excited for this year?

Graduating and eventually leaving.

6. What are you most apprehensive about this year?

College apps and especially waiting for acceptance or rejection letters. I’m dreading that right now.
