Christina Lee, Beginning Journalist

Christina talks about who inspired her to join Beginning Journalism. “My mom used to be in a major relating to photography,” Christina said and shares that is one reason why she wanted to learn photography and journalism. This year, Christina wants to learn “...how to interview new people and gain social interactions.” Her goals for this year is “Nothing academic wise.” However, she hopes that she moves up to a Player’s Tour level in golf. She has been persistently chasing her goal and spends a majority of her time practicing golf. It is also her hobby/interest, “Golf is what I spend most of my time on with my dad.” Christina also has an older sister named, Catherine. “She would always be my model and I would always follow her footprints… Whenever I moved to a new school, grade level, and environments, I wouldn’t be scared because I had her to guide me.”
