“I started playing tennis maybe when I was around 9-10 years, but when I really started playing competitively it was around 8th grade…because it’s fun and it’s a nice blend of strategy and sports…[The difference between doubles and singles is] basically the entire thing is to not hit to the person at net so you have less room to hit, like a smaller margin of error.
