Lana enjoys and gets motivated by crochet. “Crochet helps me understand dedication with life such as school, relationship with friends and family.” Writing made her join Journalism because when the pandemic started, she entertained herself by writing stories. “My bright and cheerful side would be what I like about myself. Bringing positive energy to my friends and families whenever the need is my favorite thing to do.” Perseverance is a quality that Lana thinks that is important to be successful in life. “I want to be remembered as a good person.”
Surina is a 9th grade student attending Woodbridge High School. Surina stated that “My goals are to try my hardest in school, get to know others, and make many friendships.” Some of her hobbies include doing art, being outside, hanging out with friends, and playing tennis. “Three words I would use to describe myself are, I am hardworking, I am caring to others, and I am supportive of others.” Surina is excited to start high school and is ready to tackle many of the challenges, but also be caring and supportive of others around campus.
