“The one thing my students don’t know about me, well I think it goes for a lot of adults, is that we failed a lot and a lot of times- students look at teachers as definitely not perfect but I think they look at us as people who haven’t faced the same hardships as [they] had. I have lost jobs and like experienced things, but I think all of these things taken in the right way make you better and stronger… failure is something that we all overcome,” teacher Matthew Takeno said.
