Colin Haux, Senior
“In middle school, all the teachers were like, ‘High school is going to be so much more difficult and the teachers won’t care as much [about students].’ But that’s not true. I feel like a lot of teachers [do] care about the students, and you can see that. Especially with Mr. Alexander and Mr. Takeno, those teachers really stand out to me. Mr. Alexander would turn his lessons into life lessons, and it would be a good time for us to think and talk as a community. He calls us his family, and it means a lot,” senior Colin Haux said.
